Thank you for your insightful and well written post. I am of the opinion that God (through His influence on humanity) created music, therefore no style or genre of music is inherently evil. Any kind of music can be used to glorify Him. Many people in the Christian metal scene take issue with the term “unblack”. If the musical style is black metal, then why not just call it Christian black metal, or CBM? Personally, I’m not much for labels. I just like the music. Thanks for taking the time to put so much thought into an otherwise over looked genre!
